How do I book a seat?
When you purchase a booking at Hashida: Project Evolution, you are reserving a physical number of seats. Please go through the booking page and state how many seatings would you like to book. There will be two sets of services throughout the day, lunch and dinner, which will only cater to 7 seats at one time. Kindly note that advance payment is required due to the very limited seats available.

What does your booking include?
Your booking includes food, service charge, and taxes. Beverage pairings are available for purchase at an additional cost at the venue. Please arrive within 10 minutes of your booking time, the service will start at the same time to deliver the best experience for all guests.

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation if I am no longer able to come?
Per the policy stated on our website, all sales are final and non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation to another guest, however, requests to reschedule or cancel a reservation are at the sole discretion of management. We kindly ask for a minimum notice of 48 hours for any request to cancel or reschedule. For assistance, please email [email protected].

Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of 100% of the total bill will be incurred for any cancellations received in less than 48 hours and for guests who did not turn up for the event.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?
We gladly accommodate most dietary restrictions and food allergies with avanced notice. Please email any allergies and dietary restrictions to [email protected] and include your confirmation number.

What happens if I am running late?
Contact [email protected] if you are running late. Please note that arriving more than ten minutes late may result in missing part of your experience.

What is the dress code at Hashida: Project Evolution?
Our dress code is “smart casual.” We only ask for no ripped jeans, t-shirts, ball caps, hats or tennis shoes. Jackets are not required.

What is your corkage fee?
Per the policy set in place by the Chef, we do not allow any outside wine or sake. We do, however, offer carefully selected and curated sake to accompany your lunch or dinner.

Are children allowed at Hashida: Project Evolution?
While we do not prohibit children, we strongly discourage children under the age of 8, due not only to the length of the meal (up for three hours) but also to the potential disruption to the other guests dining the same session. If you would like to bring your child, kindly note that you would be required to purchase a seat for them and that they would receive the same tasting menu.

Is parking available?
We offer valet parking and as we are located in a big parking lot, parking would not be a problem.
